Nominations can be submitted for any individual or business who is an AFSA member and have made an outstanding contribution to the fertiliser industry in one or more of the below areas:
An individual displaying committed assistance to running a small to medium sized business within the fertiliser services industry. Their role may range from bookkeeping and office administration through to client liaison and site supervision, workplace safety management and implementing innovative change and new systems within the business.
Recognise the next generation and their contribution to the future. Celebrate the achievements of our future industry leaders whilst encouraging continued excellence in the industry. By recognising outstanding industry knowledge, quality work with attention to detail, strong representation of the industry and continued learning and development
Recognising professionals that always strive to achieve excellence, and whose attitude and contribution to their profession has inspired public confidence in the fertiliser services industry.
Recognition of those businesses that are fostering a culture of sustainability and environmental awareness.

Please Note: This award does not replace the Chairman's Industry Award which acknowledges the work of an individual(s) who has made an outstanding contribution to the Association. The presentation of the “Chairman’s Award” is undertaken at the National Annual Conference dinner by the current AFSA Chairman and remains at the discretion of the Chair.
