National Board

The AFSA Board is responsible for ensuring that AFSA meets member’s expectations by promoting performance while managing risk and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

The AFSA National Board is made up of

• Chairman
• Deputy Chairman
• five elected Directors from the AFSA membership
• Appointed directors as deemed required by the AFSA Board

The Company Secretary is appointed by the Board at their first meeting after the AGM.

The Executive Officer is a contracted position which is reviewed annually

Four National Board Meetings are held each year, either face to face or via teleconference.
